- Problem Solving (Corrective, Detective, and Preventive) for My AIS Application
- Create or Prepare WI and knowledge to long terms to transfer to 1ST Tier
- Analysis and Improvement of fault management
- Release automate script and job monitoring for fault and abnormal data
- Enable for learning to be multi-skill (Sys. admin & DBA)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
- At least 0 – 4 years' experience in programming and coding
- Skills in Java, C#, PL/SQL, UNIX
- Skills in Database for example Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL, etc.
