Job Responsibility

  • Managing real estate for rent or sale
  • Managing repairs and maintenance
  • Handling Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect rental for tenant
  • Rental payout
  • Check the monthly outstanding bills
  • Carry out clerical duties
  • Update daily management summary
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants

Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • Good command of written and spoken:
  • Mandarin (preferable),
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to multitask
  • Background in account is advantage
  • Require skill (s): MS Excel, MS words
  • Full-time position available and able to start work immediately
  • Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half- day)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
